Refund Policy

Consulting and service work

Novacore Systems provides business management and technology services. Because consulting and implementation services involve scheduled time, analysis, and custom work, refunds depend on the project stage and the written terms attached to the invoice or statement of work.

Before work begins

If a client pays for a service and cancels before any work has started or time has been reserved, Novacore Systems may issue a full or partial refund after deducting non-refundable payment processing fees where applicable.

After work begins

Once discovery, planning, implementation, or delivery work has begun, fees for completed work, reserved time, delivered materials, setup costs, and third-party costs are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-engagement, any refund or credit will be evaluated based on undelivered scope.

Subscription, pilot, or retainer services

Recurring services may be cancelled according to the written engagement terms. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior periods already delivered or reserved.

How to request a refund review

Email support@novacoresystems.com with the invoice number, payment date, service purchased, and reason for the request. We review requests promptly and respond with the available resolution.
