Engagements
Service scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and payment terms are defined in written proposals, invoices, statements of work, or project confirmations. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access needed to complete agreed work.
Payments
Payments may be collected by invoice, card payment, or secure online checkout through providers such as Stripe. By paying an invoice or checkout, the client agrees to the described service, price, and applicable terms.
Professional limitations
Novacore Systems provides business and technology support. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulated professional advice unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement with appropriately qualified professionals.
Acceptable use
Clients may not use Novacore Systems services for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, abusive automation, or systems intended to violate third-party rights or platform rules.
